Available Options

The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. They may vary by country, currency, device, and payment-provider eligibility. Only options enabled for this store can be used. If PayPal or another wallet appears, follow that provider’s checkout instructions. Guest checkout and financing availability are determined by the provider and are not guaranteed.

Currency & Order Total

Prices and shipping charges are quoted in U.S. dollars unless a different checkout currency is expressly shown. Review the final order total, any taxes collected at checkout, and the selected delivery method before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges under its own terms.

Delivery Charges

Standard shipping is FREE on orders of US$89.00 or more and US$9.99 on orders below US$89.00. VIP Express Shipping costs US$19.99 per order, including orders that qualify for free standard shipping. The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled through the payment service selected at checkout. Providers may carry out authentication and fraud checks. Do not send card details by email. We will never ask you to email a full card number, security code, account password, or one-time payment code.

Payment Problems

If a payment is declined, check your details or contact your payment provider. Before trying again after an uncertain result, check your email and account activity to avoid duplicate orders. Email support@uppswim.com with your order reference if you need help. Do not include sensitive payment credentials.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy. The time for a credit to appear depends on your payment provider. Mandatory refund deadlines take priority.
