Where we use Shopify enhanced services, Shopify may use information about interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide those services, subject to its terms and applicable privacy choices. Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising

Certain disclosures to advertising or platform partners may count as a "sale", "sharing", or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state laws, even where no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you can opt out through our Your Privacy Choices page, the store privacy controls, or by emailing support@uppswim.com. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by law. A browser-level choice generally applies to that browser or device. Retention

Children
