Size Measure

Swimwear Size & Measurement Guide

Use the size chart on the product page for the particular swimsuit you are choosing. Measurements and fit can differ between styles. A general size label does not guarantee the same fit across all products.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back. Wear an unpadded bra or measure without padding for a more useful result.

Underbust

Measure around your ribcage directly below your bust. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug. Use this measurement when a product’s size chart includes band or underbust sizing.

Waist

Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso. Keep your posture relaxed and avoid pulling the tape tight.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

Torso Girth for One-Piece Styles

If the product chart includes torso girth, start at the top of one shoulder, pass the tape down the front, between your legs, and up your back to the starting point. Compare this measurement only with a chart that uses the same method.

Choosing a Size

Compare your measurements with the item-specific chart and check whether it lists body or garment measurements. For separates, use the relevant measurements for each piece if they are sold individually. If between sizes, consider the product’s stretch, coverage, bust support, and fit notes. Email support@uppswim.com with the product link and measurements if you need help. Please do not send intimate photos.

Trying On & Care

Check fit indoors over underwear and keep tags and any hygiene liner or seal intact. Follow the sewn-in care label. Unless the label says otherwise, rinse after use, hand wash gently in cool water, avoid bleach and wringing, and dry away from direct heat. Sunscreen, oils, rough surfaces, and prolonged chlorine exposure may affect fabric and color. No UV-protection or chlorine-resistance rating is implied unless stated for that product.
